From the first concepts to the live execution, we developed the full visual ecosystem for the event: 3 days, 9 stages, dozens of speakers, and countless hours of content. We created everything from opening sequences and live performance visuals to 3D animations, motion graphics, custom screen designs, and real-time effects.

The challenge wasn’t just producing content, it was designing a flexible system that could adapt to multiple stages, formats, and live sessions happening simultaneously. Every visual element was built to serve the energy and rhythm of the event, enhancing both the speaker experience on stage and the audience experience in the room.

What started as a collection of creative ideas became a fully synchronized visual environment - helping define the look, feel, and flow of Arab Media Summit 2025.
